Life After is a cinematic adventure in the line of Another World and King’s Quest. You leave a stilthouse in the bayou years after the roads emptied, carrying a rail gun, a little gauze and a street name penciled inside the lid of a tin. Whatever lives along the road hears every shot.
The first mile, the Sunken Road, plays in the browser on the game’s site, with keyboard and mouse or touch. The game is built in Godot, and the world keeps its memory of what you did in the Flower Garden libraries.
